為結婚減肥十五磅
日子過得很快,雖然運動可以減肥,但如果不加以控制飲食,減肥效果不會太理想,我與男朋友談戀愛一段日子,大家希望組織家庭,當計劃落實後,我第一個擔心的是,沒有美好的身材穿婚紗,怎麼辦?我是一個愛美的人,怎可以在一生一次的重要時刻出錯,於是,我跟著未來丈夫實行跑步減肥。每星期三和五的黃昏,我們相約在維多利亞公園進行慢跑運動,每次一小時,起初沒什麼不妥,但跑了兩星期,我感覺很納悶,因為我真的不喜歡跑步,但是跑步的減肥效果很好,不但減磅,肌肉也結實了,穿起衣服美得多,所以,只好繼續堅持下去,終於,在結婚前我的磅數下降到104磅,足足少了15磅,而且可以穿上露膀設計的婚紗,衣服可以穿回細碼,辛苦都算值得Click Here!
